Venue Fee for events at Redwood Ranch

Up to 25 Guests: $4000 + $1600  3-stall portable restroom + $200 cleaning fee

26 - 50 Guests: $6000 + $1600  3-stall portable restroom + $280 cleaning fee

51 - 75 Guests: $7000 + $1600  3-stall portable restroom + $350 cleaning fee

76 - 100 Guests: $8000 + $1600  3-stall portable restroom + $400 cleaning fee

101 - 125 Guests: $9500 + $1600  3-stall portable restroom + $450 cleaning fee

126 - 150 Guests: $11,000 + $1600  3-stall portable restroom + $500 cleaning fee

151 - 200 Guests: $13,000 + $1600  3-stall portable restroom + $600 cleaning fee

201 - 250 Guests: $15,000 +  $1600  3-stall portable restroom + $700 cleaning fee

 

  • The Venue Fee includes the use of wood chairs and round, wood dining tables (that seat 8). The chairs can also be used for ceremony seating.

  • We require the rental of portable restrooms for parties of over 25 guests.

  • To reserve Redwood Ranch for a wedding or a special event, guests must also book the Ranch for lodging. To view our availability, please click here. *Lodging and venue fees are separate.

  • We are glad to allow camping as part of your experience at Redwood Ranch. We allow 16 guests for the stated lodging fee, then charge $25 per guest/per night over the 16 count.
